Find the green "Add connection to my network" button above your existing contacts and click it.

You are now presented with two options: search for the connection or add manually. Choose "Add a connection manually":

Remember to fill in the email address correctly. And double check :):

You may want to send an invitation to your newly created contact. If your contact decides to accept your invitation and join Tradeshift the contact will automatically be converted to a Tradeshift connection (in contrast to being an email contact) and all future document handling with this connection will happen directly within Tradeshift. The invitation is of course optional and can be disabled - just like the invitation text can be changed by you.

Once you've saved you can create and send an invoice to your new contact by clicking the "Create invoice" link on your Business Network contacts list. This will take you to the create invoice form with your newly added contact preselected as recipient.

@Info: No, not at the moment. But you can download all sent and received invoices as PDF files (that are similar to the sent PDFs) when viewing an invoice (go to "Documents", click invoice and click link in right column menu "Download as PDF").
